Adam "Soul Horse" Song, Bertin "El Roble" Bueno, Dan Dickerson, and Eric Gold demo a basic straight ankle lock flow drill, good for MMA and Gi/No-Gi BJJ.
Make sure you fall to the side so you can arch/extend your hips 100 percent, and make sure you fall to the side without the "friction" of your arm dragging the mat. Anytime your opponent grabs your leg for this achilles lock, you should be sitting up immediately to defend.
