So you're one of the riders that tear up the hillsides by riding off-trail (check out the video at 1:20). You can poach TMT all you want. I don't care. You shouldn't be encouraging trail-braiding though.
Have some respect for the environment around you. The Gap isn't a "freeride" trail. Lots of blind corners there with lots of bike and foot traffic in both directions. Keep your disrespectful riding/poaching to UC/Cowell where the forest is already trashed!

@MTB2LIVE yes it is, but more like 45%. i have been riding this trail for 12 years now and seen 4 hikers during that time. Respect to hikers but that trail is awsome so I have to run it.
