P-47 Thunderbolt vs. Mount Saint Helens (FSX)

Best viewed in 720p and fullscreen **** Yet another flight in the beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery by orbx ( http://www.fullterrain.com ). This time I took the legendary P-47 Thunderbolt (aka Razorback) from A2A Simulations ( http://www.a2asimulations.com ) for a spin around the crater of and blast zone of Mount Saint Helens, the volcano that wreaked havoc on the area when it erupted violently in 1980. At just under 9 Minutes and 30 seconds this is my longest video yet, and given the 10 minute restriction by Youtube they won't get much longer than that. ;)

Jigsaw, Where did you get the p-47. It's very sexy. If I get any orbx product it will be this PNW area! Maybe Pacific Fjords too later. I needs the p-47 though who makes it?

Awesome video. Are radial engine exhausts generic in FS? Just wondering, since the P-47's exhaust exits at the tail and not the cowling.

The position of the exhausts on this version of the P-47 is accurate. There is even some footage of real P-47s on YouTube that confirms it.

hey buddy. Subscribed to your channel. Love the way you fade the videos and make them look dated. Is that an effect maybe in after effects or what do you use to make your videos. Also have you picked up any of Orbx other scenery? I'm definitely getting the p-47 today and want to try some orbx addons

@Jigsaw407 Interesting, because the video I took of a P-47 starting up has it coming out of the tail. Was there a revision to the exhaust in the later models?
