talk bad about his workout? I think he could beat us all! If he only did basic biceps curls 4x100 or 10x10 with a weight of 1pound why would stil not be in position to say this is a bad workout because he brings mma wins to proof it works. Know that bodybuilding and weightlifting and mma are 3 different things even if they al have basic biceps curls in it. Also know that ever body is different what works for you does not work for my. And you mind is a weapon if you believe it works it works

ths workouts ridiculous, amateur or what im 18 and i guranteemy workouts' are like at least 5tmes this intensity and tito goes on about how ahrd he trains haha this reallyis a workout for beginers,maybe not the weight dont actually know how much weight hes lifting but the exercises hes doing, the bad form,lack of intensity,and not much reps

@mjs0077 you dont know much about fitness then, bicep curls are one of the best out tere not only for your biceps but also cardio

I feel like bicep curls are overrated tho..i just do chin ups, cleans, rows etc...to hit them
