This remains the most true-to-life movie I've ever seen.

This long quote is pretty inspiring to hear, and I won't ever forget it. Most definitely one of the meanings of life. R.I.P. Helen Shaw!

Love this clip! It really is a perfect definition of parenthood--"something that can make you so scared, so sick, so excited, and so thrilled altogether". It's a lovely, touching moment in the movie.

Gil's grandmother was played by Helen Shaw (who is most known for this movie). She was 91 here. She died about 14 years ago at 100.

lol ppl have better orgasms when they're choking probably becuz they're high from lack of oxygen, and lives flash before ppls eyes during NDE's becuz linear time is an illusion that exists only in the mind, the soul exists on a level higher than that where everything is happening now

I love this scene too but this clip needs the context, how it related to the conversation that Grandma interrupted.
