Perth Criteriums 2011 Smokefree Full Event Highlights

The 2011 Smokefree Perth Criterium race series finished on the streets of Fremantle tonight after three previous races in Northbridge, Victoria Park and Leederville. A stellar cast of Australian and international riders competed in this year's events which saw Team Jayco Skins rider, Alex Carver, narrowly edge out Genesys' rider Steele Von Hoff on the final stage by less than a foot to claim the overall yellow jersey. In the women's event, world time trial champion, Emma Pooley couldn't match the efforts of Team Tasmania who worked together throughout the series to ensure victory for their rider, Emma Lawson.
