What MGM should've done back in the 1960's or 1970's was launch its own television network, like CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX. I'll bet it would've garnered their own great shows and newscasts, etc, and some of them would still do sign-offs and sign-ons, instead of going 24 hours with all these infomercials. Perhaps this would encourage some people out there with artistic talents to submit some hand-drawn and coloured pictures of America for the SSB film.

I know last month on Sleuth that they aired the classic James Bond movies from the 70s and 80s with Roger Moore. The logo also appeared on later episodes of "Spaceballs: The Animated Series" on G4. And if they go for a sixth season, you can check it out on "Animal Atlas" in syndication. Plus check it out on Stargate Universe on Syfy when it premieres Oct. 2 and "Pink Panther and Pals" when it airs on CN later this year.
