So, a few nights ago I tried trimming Chuck's nails by myself and I only got to do one because I freaked out when I cut one too short and coudln't get it to stop bleeding. Last night Joe and I clipped them, and by that I mean Joe held him and I clipped them, and afterwards he just wouldn't move. I think he was in shock or something from the previous night's experiance.

  • what a lovely bunny

  • Aww. Why thank you. :).

  • A trick for rabbit clipping: Squeeze the clippers a little bit, if you're on a vein he'll flinch because it hurts and you'll know to move the clipper down lower before you push all the way through the nail.

  • Ooh! Thank you! I'll have to remember that. Normally when I have Joe or someone to hold him down it's not so bad, but when I do it on my own is when I get in trouble.
