It looks like the blades are off balance. try putting a piece of dark tape on the front of one blade, get eye level with the blades as they spin, if you see that one blade is higher or lower than the other, than you need to adjust the Linkage Rod/ Push-Rod. that should stop the vibes.
Jeffry, the heli is making so much air disturbance it disrupts the machine. Try a bigger room, or take it up higher. I have that problem with my e-flite CX

could be a lot of things. bent shaft, blades backwards, chipped blades, too tight/loose blade grips, too much pitch

it looks like the blades are not getting enough pitch. Did you balance the blades on the main rotor?

did you crash before because if you crashed then the spindle might be bent and it will cause the heli to vibrate
