A nice day for a sweet training session. Havent worked on wall ups in forever and they still need some more work. I also got palm flip outside and on concrete the first time. Playing with some effect as well. Hope you enjoy.

  • no offence but u need shin pads

  • Why would I need shin pads? Makes no sense, training parkour is about training to be prepared for a situation. It would only hinder my movement if I dont have them at a particular moment in time. I suggest you dont do so.

  • what kine shoes are you using?

  • Ariake

  • is there a specific name for the move at the end? I have seen it in a few videos, and it'd be cool to see a tutorial.
