  • you know 25 lb plates are the same size as 45 lb when using bumpers. why not prove its legit by showing us the plates one by one.

  • @mkrulic517439

    1) because I have better things to do

    2) they are all in kg, not pounds.

    3) The international colors clearly designate their weight

    4) Please do some homework before you ask professionals to cater to your ignorance.

  • THIS STUPID FOOL, FOOLS SOME PEOPLE BUT NOT ME.WHY YOU MIGHT ASK. HE IS NOT USING A POWER BAR, THE BAR THIS JACKASS IS USING HAS A LOT OF BOUNCE IN IT MAKING THE LIFT EASIER TO DO. ON TOP OF THAT, THE WEIGHT IS SPREAD OVER A LONG DISTANCE, ALSO MAKING THIS CRAPY LIFT EASIEER TO DO. HE IS A PHONY, NEVER MAKE IN COMPETITION, BELIEVE ME!!

  • @gymman62 the laughs that youtube brings me are priceless. thanks for todays chuckle. haha.

  • Красавчик брат!!! Молодец! Уважение тебе!

  • FREAKY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Is that the high-bar position or the low-bar position? I can't tell.

  • there is just something mind boggling about watching a olympic weightlifter do squats with huge weights. it impresses me more than seeing a powerlifter, because they do them without suits, questionable depth, and the expression of ease or mild strain on their face is awesome compared to an american powerlifter with head banging metal music and screaming. And I know 600lb ass to below parallel or to floor can be understood by any commercial gym goer, but monolifts, suits, most cant relate.

  • not a fan of the bouncing at all but its your body and the lift is good. strong as fuark mate!

  • insane lift . always respect full range of motion squats. thumbs up gys

  • @gymman62 You think all of what you just mentioned helped him lift 606 pounds? Bouncy bar, spread weight, or not, 606 pounds is a lot of weight BELIEVE ME!!

  • this is awesome! great job! how does your workout routine look like?
