My contact at EA Sports says that the NCAA Football office caught a lot of shit for removing the FCS teams as well as the create-a-school feature from 2009.

This was our actual exchange right after that:

Me: "So create-a-school and the entire FCS are in 2010?"

Him: "Yup."
