  • I know this response is a little late but chiropractic care can absolutely help. In the case of segmental motion restrictions manipulation can relieve the fixation. Of course a good chiropractor will evaluate for segmental instability as well prescribing specific exercise that can target that instability. A good doctor will find the root cause/causes; a restriction, instability, weak muscle, tight muscle, an ergonomic issue, or often a combination of all of these things. ACSCLA.com

  • chiropractic care don't work, believe me.... It depends on the situation, if you have an underlying connective tissue disorder, the weakness combined with manipulation can make it worse
