  • I noticed that when it goes to the part that goes F D C F D C F D C D etc that you switch to doubles in the left hand here instead of alternating it as you suggested, why is that?

  • I've played this on (one) of the 2 pianos in the two piano "Fantasy on Porgy and Bess" by Grainger. I must say I think it is easier to do on a keyboard, but I am also not a percussionist. My hat's off to ANYONE who can play this on a xylophone! sanjosemike
