Haunted House (Slick Rock 2009 5-Minute Blockbuster & Get Reel 2009 Feature Short Winner)

"Haunted House" is the winning entry of the Slick Rock Student Film Festival 2009 in the middle school 5-Minute Blockbuster category. The Slick Rock Film Festival is a student film competition designed to promote and recognize student film-makers in the San Joaquin Valley.

The new kid and loner at school (played by Josh Samra) is placed into a group project with Vineeth G. Mohan and Sharat Chandra. While working on the project at the loner's house, Vineeth wants to leave to his "friend's" house. However, Vineeth steps into the wrong house - a house with a vampire, an angel , and an indoor jungle - the Haunted House!

"A Friend In Need Is A Friend Indeed" is the central message of this 5-minute film. It is the winner of the Slick Rock Film Festival 2009, it was shown on the last day of school of the 2008-2009 year at Clovis North, and it is the Get Reel Film Festival 2009 Feature Short winner.

This was completed in April 2009.
