A short film, part of a larger project with the character Fredrick, kind of like Waldo meets Doctor Zachary Smith. The Oasis Bloom is a full of weird, scary haunting imagery that is prompted by a possible hallucinogenic substance or perhaps, as has happened to me as a child, the hallucinations come from a high fever state. With a cast of eerie characters, as the peepers and such, masks and special effects, it was filmed in areas in San Francisco and Oakland. With music inspired by Bernard Herrmann. Confronting perhaps a spiritual situation, Fredrick always searches the scientific explanation.
