Commentary~
Minnie: Zessei Bijin planned this since... second week of May? Anyways, this is one of those dubs where we can safely say we didn't really rush anything. Everyone turned in their lines and pictures and all that good stuff in on time. The mixing and animating was done in an orderly manner. Actually, speaking of the mixing, this is Jhona/Beibi's first group mix ever! ^_^ Gracie drew all the pictures in this video too~ I even got my bff Koala/Garrick to animate a chorus, hehe~ All of us are quite pleased with this result so we hope the birthday girl is too~

Now, the question is... why this song? It's actually a pure coincidence that Secret Base is being overly dubbed right now by various fandubbers because of that touching ending to the AnoHana anime (though come on, we planned this like two months ago when AnoHana was nowhere close to ending...). However, our Secret Base version is actually the ZONE version aka the original or "10 years ago" version. All of us agree that the ZONE version is better than the SCANDAL and "10 years later" version, hence why we choose to dub this version over the others. The meaning behind this song is so touching and if anything, it's a strong song about friendship, which can only be captured by the original. Sorry fans of the other versions! Anyways, besides giving Moon our love through our voices, Zessei Bijin hope that this song will spread and there will be more Secret Base fandubs of the good old ZONE version! Come on fandub community! You can do it~!
