Digimon Rumble Arena Hard - 3/3

Part 3/3 in my Digimon Rumble Arena - Hard walkthrough.

Had I not lost a round to Gabumon Black Wargreymon would have appeared here instead.
The easiest way to beat him is to use tactical blocks (like I finally remember to do here in the rematch against Reapermon), reduce the difficulty or complete the game once and go through as Reapermon. Or a combination of those factors...
For Gabumon close up attacks are your best bet, especially against Metalgarurumon who focuses in ranged attacks (like the show).
Finally Reapermon, oh boy this can be a toughie.
The first round I get annihilated because up until this point in the game I didn't use blocks. I continue, and because I knew his attack patterns now I knew when to block. Blocking is great, you receive less damage and your blue bar fills up quicker than when being attacked normally. I find the best way to attack Reapermon (until you can warp Digivolve), is to run away use a ranged attack a few times and when he closes in use your block to soak up some damage and then physical him. As Wargreymon, you can time your circle attack easily, as well as be able to use your Great Tornado after blocking and then combo with physicals. You can also try using two diagonals with Great Tornado like up right down right to try and add a bit of variety. Try not to get stunned either, if he can use his ultimate attack whilst you're stunned, it's most likely over. After you beat him, game over. Credits in the next part, and after that Reapermon as Omnimon (with 2 perfects).

To unlock Omnimon - beat the game as Agumon and Gabumon.
A slightly weaker although faster attacking and easier to combo alternative to Omnimon is Imperialdramon Paladin Mode, to unlock him - beat the game as Veemon and Wormmon.
