it is interesting that emmett noticed right away that daphne kind of took over bay's life before he got to know bay. i think emmett has stayed the same and daphne and bay changed. daphne is turning into the selfish one and bay into the caring one.

Love how Emmett saw things from Bay's point of view even way before he knew her. Understood her even THEN. Really shows that he and Bay are meant to be together. Hope the show doesn't break them up!!!

@LaLaLaurenfan if you watch the SAB webisodes it shows that he really did play, that he missed out on meals to practice, and he's been playing drums since he was little. No 'glossing'

I can't really say anything because I am not deaf nor do I know anyone who's deaf, but Emmett seems a little too good at the drums. Even for hearing people, it takes a long time to learn a song and the notes, and I would imagine it's even harder for deaf people. I just think that a show that's trying to bring awareness shouldn't gloss over the struggles and difficulties that deaf people have to face. Again, I can't really say anything, just my two cents.
