  • @dhedricks Oh your welcome! I love her too, and even if I didn't I would still think she is an amazing singer/songwriter. She is a very classy woman and I respect that she is true to herself!

  • @ShelleKane Thank you for that great input on Gretchen! She is one of my faves and it disappoints me when her true good heart doesn't get across to some. She has had one hella life and has done very well for herself and touched me with many of her songs. Thanks again!

  • Thanks for noting the name of the beautiful song Wilson wrote: "Heaven Help Me." I think it's one of the best songs I've ever heard.

  • Before you call her an impersonal singer check out:Heaven Help Me,Holdin You,(Which is about her daughter don't get more personal than that)When I think About Cheating,Come to Bed,What Happened,The Bed,I Don't Feel Like Loving You Today,He Ain't Even Cold Yet,Not Bad for a Bartender,Politically Uncorrect&To Tell You the Truth, that's just a few of the beautiful "Personal and philosophical meaning" songs she sings.Just returning your request of some of those songs.Thank-you and your welcome!

  • Shelle... I don't know why I wrote Gretchen "acts like a lady," since I don't think that at all. I think she's written some good songs, & one song about real feelings that didn't involve drinking or disliking someone, but a "lady" she's not. I think the skanky-honkey-tonk style has a very short shelf-life which is unfortunately true in her case. I hope she's able to return with some great songs that have personal and philosophical meaning, as she did on that one. What was the name of that song?

  • @wh3music CRAZY!!!

  • Shelle Kane, I'm also guessing you came in on a time machine? Is this 1920 to you? Have you seen any tv pop/country stars in the last few years? This is completely tame.

I think you have no class for going on youtube and calling a young girl skanky. I also think you should keep your idiotic opinions to yourself. And oh yeah, kill yourself.

  • @wh3music It's called class. This is the reason women think they can go around and act like that. Swinging her hips all over and "girating" towards the crowd through most of the song. And not to mention showing off her stomach and all that crap. I'm sorry it's trashy and that's my opinion. Get some class because if she ever wants to make it, acting like that will get her nowhere!!

  • @catherinetodd I agree with you totally!! I said she was Skanky and got a niuce little note however I believe you and I are getting at the same thing!

  • Shelle, I'm guessing that your own inability to do anything exceptional makes you feel the need to write stuff like that?
