About the video though. It's not that deep. UNA marching band=like a drum corps. MDB=like a show band. We try to bridge the gap between what the crowd wants and what is challenging for us but there is only so far we can go. We have a good time because the crowd doesn't care if we play hard music or if we march alot. We just make the best out of it.

UNA has a good music program, especially jazz, but its just different. I feel like music majors at BAMA get more technical knowledge what with all the damn theory we have to take, but we don't get alot of play time where we are challenged to be great. Another thing is that at UNA there is a lot more hands on teaching for music ed majors, with more real-world teaching, whereas we get the shaft in that department.

Really UNAguy05 why is this so important to you to comment of UofAMDB.You know that's wonderful you choose to go to UNA for a outstanding music program great.Our school have a great program and most students at our school work hard and graduate. Not party and drop out. So is this really Necessary?I mean everybody has an opinion I understand but really stop. Haha.. Did you create that name just for me? Thank you :) I am sorry I have a differing opinion. I go to UNA because I choose too and because of their outstanding music programs. Sorry I don't choose to go to a school and party all the time and then drop out.. that's not my goal in life

If we were to act like that in uniform I guarantee you that we would have our position filled by the next week. I am not saying you do not represent your university, but we just have a different type of respect. Putting on a uniform is an honor and privilege and acting like that in it would be unacceptable. I just guess it's different views and atmospheres.

The song is all about having a good time. This isn't DCI. Its college marching band. When we put on the uniform...we have respect for it and show respect for our university....However, we don't have to have a stick up our asses while doing it. We can have fun. During both basket Case and Yea Alabama.

The fact is that none of us are drunk! =) the girl jumping around....we are just having a good time. We are allowed to have fun...there is nothing wrong with that. Drunk....band members aren't even allowed to drink. We represent the University when we are band uniform....THAT IS RESPECT!!!!! Know the facts.
