How do u make characters like that on sims? Like the sailor outfit and hair? I've seen it done with all other anime characters but idk how they do it.

@toricarmy I got the outfits off of insiminator,org. Also they have to use a 3D program to make the outfits. I don't know how to do it and also the 3D programs don't work with macs very well.
