The video represents Taylor's Foundation in Science (FIS) students work on Integrated Science Project titled Biodegradable Plastic Made from Starch. Students came out with an idea to create a biodegradable plastic material by using starch as one of the main ingredient.
Objectives:
1. To create a biodegradable plastic material using starch, glycerin, HCL and NaOH
2. To compare the effects of glycerin in plastic
3. To compare the biodegrading rate of plastic
greenplasticsnet - recommends tapioca starch, I am trying that and corn starch today. BTW, greenplastics has the best tutorial. The extended video has the science. Wish me luck.
