There are methods of making your perfectionism work for you. You just have to understand it. It can create the Sistine Chapel if you work it right.

Wow, I really like this video. I didn't ever think I was a perfectionist before because I tend to procrastinate a lot and am in fact quite timid in sports competitions and etc. But after I saw your video I researched perfectionism and both of these are actually symptoms of perfectionism. I definately understand what it's like to despereately need to be the best. And how awful it feel s when you're not.

You logic is rather flawed: Since being a perfectionist - Ss being yourself at that certin moment of your life (like being a teenager).
