haha i dunno man i guess i'll just have to see at the meet in march...i want to try and pull 800 before the meet. Whatever i end up pulling at this meet, i'd like to squat in competition in march and for a paused bench..man i'd be happy to even get like 507 or 512 paused! the thing that sucks is i only have a few weeks of training after this meet for the state meet in march because it's on march 14th and i'm taking a week off after this meet to heal up.

if not by this meet in march you'll go 800 530-550... 800 plus

the meets how far away if two weeks i'd say you'd do 800..... right now u look good for over 760... and you go up 20-30 pounds a week.... u'll probably do 800 in a belt and wraps and pull over 800....
open 727 belt n wraps, jump to 749 on a second and go for 777 on the third....with the way ur bench is right now, open 468, than go 484, than go 501 def. Deads....id go 722, 755, 788.....ur good for all those numbers bro

haha well on squats i was going to open at 639 belt only so that i can get a raw record squat and raw total, jump to 705 belt and wraps and smoke it and then try for 755 belt and wraps on my 3rd...and on bench i was going to open at 435, jump to 468 and then 501 on my 3rd cause i'm used to do 30-35lb jumps on my bench attempts so those are 33lb jumps. and on pulls i was going to open at 677, good easy opener, jump to 727 and try 777 on my 3rd!
