I'm not fond of your wording where it says "WHILE BARNEY SITS ON HIS THRONE AS CHAIRMAN".
What throne? He chaired a committee, and any one of the committee could have tried to report unfavorably a bill he wanted through. In RRO, a chairman keeps the meeting in order and going at a favorable clip. Chairmen are silent when chairing and just have the meeting in order. (If a Chairman wants to debate in a committee, he has to declare the Chair vacant, speak, and then go back on there.)

I agree with the advertisement's statements that Barney Frank has pursued Crony Capitalism in his politics and has awarded government subsidies and bailsouts to folks like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (two corporations he allegedly has a "financial interest" in).
