To be Happy and Healthy, Love Yourself

This is an excerpt from a two hour long interview with Anita Moorjani a near death experience survivor -but with a message on how to live our lives so that we are happy and healthy.

This second part deals more with what we can do to heal ourselves by loving ourselves. How we can live our lives in a more healing way. ...doing things that we want to do rather than things that we have to do. If we can't love ourselves,how can we love others?

Some of us will have to let go of old beliefs. .

There is a first part also where she explains her diagnosis of cancer, going into a coma, and her experience of near death. She had cancer and recovered because she found out, while in near death, in that "other realm", WHY she had cancer. So when she fixed her belief system she was able to heal and very quickly!

I was thinking just last night as I was trying to figure out how people were supposed to live a life like Anita suggests - a life without fear and full of excitement for themselves. I was thinking that there is one huge obstacle to this kind of life that we humans on this planet must get rid of somehow before we can experience such a life.

And I don't know how we are going to do it. But somehow we have got to figure out how to live without having to depend on money just to survive.

Our current monetary system has been put in place by a few people who want to keep themselves on top and the rest of us on the bottom and under control.

It is a system that has been, and continues to be, making it more and more "illegal" to be self sufficient and independent of this monetary system. Heck they have even made it illegal to grow healthy vibrant food and sell it to others. They come in with guns and badges and shut you down.

Out current monetary system provides an environment where we create laws that destroy justice, governments that destroy freedom, education that destroys learning and expansion of the mind, health care systems that destroys health and causes eventual death, economic systems that destroy prosperity of the 99% and create unrealistic opulent wealth for the 1% and of course religions - who accumulate unimaginable wealth themselves, that destroy our divinity, our emotions and our self love.

This monetary system has got to go. I think it's an inhibitor to self love and self expression. And it makes slaves of the 99% and masters of the 1%.

I'm saying all this because people who watch Anita's testimony need to know that there is a way to live like she suggests. But we must all co-create this "way" together.

I think we will - soon! But some of us must keep talking about it often. So that the rest of us can "latch onto" or "tune into" that frequency. :)
