Just bought one. You answered my question. I have a Cisco Ip Phone and Blackberry. I loved the idea of having a headset that do both. You will need a Plantronics 500 for the ip phone and lifter to answer calls remotely on your ip phone (lifts phone off base). Glad I don't have to hit a button to alternate between blackberry and ip phone. Just have to worry about the talk button.
