Rebecca Herbst . - "...fall head over heels baby"

Ok, this is going to be long, so prepare yourselves.

Most of you who know me through You Tube or Twitter, or both. You know that I absolutely love Rebecca Herbst. Whether it be through my videos or my tweets. You all have seen that I have so much love for her. :) Last week when the news broke out about Becky being fired from GH, my heart broke. It wasn't like when other characters I love leave a show, or when actors/actresses decide it's time to leave. It was as if the whole concept of GH was fired with her. Elizabeth was loved, and hated, but no one can say that she wasn't a major part of the entire show. She had connections to absolutely everyone on the canvas and it broke my heart even more to know that TPTB would rather use newer people who have minimal connections to the heart of the show than someone who has been there for over a decade.

I think Becky proved how much she loved her job just by staying as long as she did. She could have left if her job wasn't fulfilling, but it was. In every interview I've ever seen with her, she states how much she loves her job. She never gave up on GH even when she had poor storylines or less screen time than everyone else. But GH has given up on her and because of that I am giving up on GH. Becky was my reason for watching the show, and without her... the show makes no sense to me.

I will forever miss Elizabeth because she has been my favorite character on television since I've started watching GH, she was the epitome of perfectness. She had her struggles and her bad times, but she was always just Elizabeth. She never tried to be what she wasn't. She was a mother and a nurse, she was everything.

& Becky, She is such a class act. :) Through this whole thing she has not once said anything bad about GH. She has thanked her fans for being so kind and has really made me love her even more. To me, she will forever be Elizabeth but I can't wait for her to have a new character to portray that I can love just as much. I hope she moves on to much bigger and BETTER things real soon. Any show, whether it be Daytime or Primetime, would be lucky to have her. And if she makes it to the big screen, her fans will follow her to it. I wish Becky and her entire family the best of luck and I can't wait to see what the future brings her. :)

To my GH/Liz/Liason Subscribers: Don't worry my friends, I will have Liz vids as well as Liason Vids. After all, they were the couple that got me into vidding. Without them, I would not be on You Tube. After Becky's last air date I will start my "goodbye Liason video." :*( It's really sad that I also have to say goodbye to my real epic one true pairing that will never be and that hurts almost as much as losing Becky.

The BEST Becky Herbst tribute I’ve ever seen! I still can’t believe they fired her! WHY?! Becky has a huge fan base, even people who don’t like Liz enjoy watching BECKY because she’s such an amazing & professional actress, and let’s not forget so INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL! She will always be one of my favorite actresses & my role model! I’m sure we'll see her in a new show in no time, where she’ll actually be APPRECIATED & RESPECTED! You did an amazing job on this!! Rebecca Herbst was the ONLY reason I watched the show and now that she is leaving there is no point to continue. I look foward to see her in other roles and hopefully her career skyrockets and her talent is put to good use.

WOW! this is stunning. haven't seen the show in years but I always find myself missing Becky. I result to watching clips online or watching a moment for her. I'm going to miss Elizabeth. That character instilled some important traits in me that I love. Don't know how the show can even exist without her. Are we supposed to forget Jason has kids with her?! IDK. I hope she gets and honorable exit. I don't plan on missing Becky, I expect her to be back onscreen very soon in a place she's appreciated

i love this video! it made me cry!! i can`t believe they're doing this to becky, jmo. there's no gh for me without becky!! i hope my fight to have her be kept on gh succeeds and she stays, and if it still doesn't, then i will follow my heart wherever she'll go. viva la becky/lizzie! absolutely love the song choice too, jmo, it so fits becky perfectly!:)

So much WORD to your original post that I have nothing else to say except s a LizFF for 13 years, I ADORE BH/FLOVE my fave girl Liz! Just FLOVE her and this "firing" of BH just kills me. I was already traumatized over the firing of LL/SD/BM/NL, and getting rid of HUGE talents like SN/RH/TK/RC/Skye, but THIS is just way too much for this 35 year viewer/fan. I can't do it any longer. I watched soley for Liz/Alexis/Robin and the Q's/Spencers, but no longer. BH goes, I go as well...GREAT tribute!
