7 rings flash

I'm going back to rings after a bit more than a year without touching them and, in the first "going back to rings" training, I flashed for the 1st time 7.
Now I can do a few flashes in every training. This is a clip from one of them.

Estoy regresando a entrenar aros después de más de un año sin tocarlos y, en el 1er entrenamiento en el que volví a usarlos, flashié 7 por primera vez.
Ahora puedo hacer algunos flashes en cada entrenamiento. Este es un clip de uno de ellos.


PARA LOS NO MALABARISTAS:

Un "flash" es cuando un malabarista tiene "x" objetos, entonces sólo hace "x" tiros. Por ejemplo, un flash de 5 bolas es sólo hacer 5 tiros y parar (por lo tanto, 5 atrapadas).

nice one, man! 7 rings is hard! I was actually getting pretty good at 7 rings, but I don't have anywhere with a high enough ceiling now, so I haven't even tried it in months :(
