A mí no me eligieron Presidente para restaurar el capitalismo en Cuba, fui elegido para defender, mantener y continuar perfeccionando el socialismo, no para destruirlo.
I was not elected (as if) President for restoring capitalism in Cuba, I was elected to defend, maintain and continue perfectioning socialism, not to destroy it.

Franco only confirms what Hidalgo is saying about the war on drugs, all the while disagreeing. It is also the libertarian platform that the war on drugs is a war on citizens.

The Cuban issue also points to the gap between Republicans and true conservatives on how to move forward rather than rely on cold war precedents.
