l have the same problem its DRIVING ME INSANE.last time l changed them it was weeks of trying. then one day it worked,now ive changed them again lm back where l started cant accept cartridges open printer and replace .ahhhhhhhh.

Hi! i refilled my cartridges and i put them in the printer but it doesn't want to recognize them, it keeps saying "low ink alert" and i'll really need the printer this weekend....what can i do to make the printer recognize the cartridges? thank you!

My mom did it this way but the printer shows exclamation marks for cyan and yellow.
I've taken a look at the contacts but everything seems to be correct. Do you have any Idea?
