Terrorist Watchlist and Firearms

NRA News host Cam Edwards discusses U.S. Senator Lautenberg's new bill targeting people whose name may have ended up on the terrorist watch list, and denying them the right to keep and bear arms. No one knows how a person's name ends up on the list or how to get a name off of the list when it has been erroneously included on the list. One does not even have to be a terrorist or a terrorist suspect to have their name on the list so denying them the right to keep and bear arms simply because their name is on the list violates a person's due process rights.
