I assume that you mean the "sharksteeth" charms on the nosebands. they can be bought from TWMHC on ebay or from rio rondo.

@Friesianexile I meant the tossals i think its called that they hang from the breatcollar and halter.

Ah, in that case as far as i know the only way to get the tassels is to make them yourself.
