@joechill1 I still prefer here come the warm jets, for "dead finks don't talk" and baby's on fire. but this album is a great piece of music, though.

Almost 40 years old, but this is timeless. This superb LP was released at the same time that US AM radio was churning out nauseating scum that is now known as "Classic Rock", with such filthy dreck as The Eagles!!! And, Bachman Turner Overdrive!!!

I agree with you. Taking tiger.. is not my fav Eno album but this song is one of my favourite!! Especially at 1:55 like you said!

Did Anyone notice the 'We're on a train to nowhere' line? Intersting given the future Talking Heads connection and their lheir later 'Road to Nowhere' song....

Taking Tiger Mountain is Eno's best album and seriously underrated. For some reason, critics cite Here Come The Warm Jets as the better of the two, but I disagree.
Mother Whale Eyeless is an amazing and complex piece of work.
