I can vouch for them that at least on the demo the fighting controls arent the best, ive play ToS and it feels alot different

You do need a japanese account but it wasn't released in the US. by making a japanese account, it gives u access to the japanese xbox live market, allowing you to download the game from there. if you need any help making a japanese account, just message me.
