That's DJ Hurricane from the Hollis Crew and Davey DMX fame. He was from the same neighborhood as LL Cool J and Run DMC. I remember seeing this episode when it originally aired. Licensed To Ill definitely rocked in NYC and then the rest of the world. Real hip hop fans could never front on cats like the Beasties or Will Smith aka Fresh Prince because when they first started out they played in hardcore Black venues and were showed lots of love that's why Big Lou & Co. didnt drop MCA
