@Chaos6779 I would rather have paper tickets then a monitor. When you are running 15-20 tickets at a time orders can get bunched.

@bosiefoobar Changes all the time. Printed on a different menu. We compose and print all our menus ourselves. Makes it very flexible and nimble.

I miss working in a kitchen. Not all kitchens are worthy of good employees. I.E. - Bad management, health code violations, size of kitchen, quality of food, cleanliness, teamwork, and many more examples. Nonetheless, I miss the shit out of it.
