The only reason why it is cheaper is because most of the people who wanted to buy the game already brought it and sales have gone down because of that. Gears may have maintained a steady sale rate however overall it sold less than halo. Do your research next time.

dude, the price of a game has no correlation to how good it is, most of the time, you still see snew shitty xbox game that cost 60, and i think about 1 million people bought halo 3 on its release so people who were gonna buy it would probably but it near the time it came out. also this is when they were just starting forge so it has some problems, and some games cost more than other to make so they cost more on the shelves, i like gears too but youre being bias.

@simmscity360 um, dumbass, Halo 3 is only less expinsive because its been out longer, Gear 2 is more expensive because it's newer. However supply only has to do with demand........

stupid thing is that there are STILL waaay more people online on halo 3 more then gears 1 and 2 combined.. and too many people cheat in gears.. that is why I traded them in.. yeah they are getting rid of halo because people stopped renting it because THEY OWN IT NOW.. and yes look at the specs halo 3 has more people online that gow 1 and 2 at least in halo you can just in an open space.. that always irritated me
