How to install the Windows Vista portal on your PSP

In this tutorial, I will show you how to put Windows Vista on your PSP!

*Enable Flash player from your PSP's settings. If you have a Slim PSP, enable it from the browser.*

Download the software from here: http://www.download.com/PspWxp/3000-7242_4-10539062.html?tag=lst-0-1

Enter this in your PSP after copying the file:

file:/pspwxp/index.htm

If it doesn't work, type this instead:

file:/psp/common/pspwxp/index.htm

I don't know if it's that this is an older file and firmware has been updated since, but I did exactly as described (to the letter) and when I open up the file within the internet browser it comes up all scattered: I see a Windows Vista Playstation Portable load screen with the command to "Press X to log in," and this loads for what seems like forever until the green bar completely stops. The only way I see the desktop is to scroll down only to view non-interactive icons jumbled up.

people this what you do

1. download the pspwxp

2. extract it out of the zip file

3. plug in you psp

4. put everything onto your memory card ( do not put it in a sub folder like (GAME) or somthin

5. it should have an install aplication to in it find that and activate it (NOTE make sure you activate this while its on your memory card it will prompt you to install it to removable disk K: or what ever your psp is)

6. once install unplug your psp

7. type in file:/pspwxp/index.htm on psp brower
