What are the details on how to do this? Because I walk up to those stairs and crawl on the ledge a million times and it doesn't work. Do I have to walk up in a certain spot or do something? I saw some one do it yesterday so I know it works. I am on ps3, thanks for the help.

@metallicacp You have to stay as for to the right of it as you can basically on the verge of falling off, and stop when you are running into the rock. That is basically it
