Pouring my beer, about 2 months after bottling. One of the bottles was chilled in the fridge during one day and the other one was kept at room temperature.

The fact that there is foam formation in the chilled one before pouring and especially the gushing in the one that was at room temperature even more than 2 months after bottling is a clear sign of overcarbonation.
