On Veterans Day, NJEA members across the state will honor veterans sacrifices and achievements. Iraq War Veteran and Kawameeh Middle School (Union Co.) History teacher Ed Graf organized an event at his school to honor two American soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. After months of corresponding with the soldiers, the students were excited to welcome them home at Proud to be an American Day.
