Soccer sucks, but it's still better than egg throw. Most people watch the super bowl for the commercials and the half time show. Only a sport as dull and brainless as that needs to attract an audience with non sport related frippery.

@Elififa STFU, this guys a comedian.Apparently you have an IQ of 70 if you can't even tell he's joking.This isn't a documentary on soccer, it's standup.If you're all butt hurt that's your own problem.
And gridiron is pure strategy, soccer is not.So soccer is for the weaker mind obviously, and it shows, even illiterate people can play and watch.That's why its so popular along with the fact that it's dirt cheap.

@BigkKinny That's what she said! oooh... but on a serious note, I think you have it all backwards. Football is in fact all about strategy with no time for "piss breaks" of course. FOR AN ENTIRE 45 MINUTES. There's strategy everytime a team has the ball, and they constantly have to change strategy to remain unpredictable. It takes real brain power to do that, and that's why smart Europeans play it and dumb Americans don't.This guy might be joking, but your approved audience isn't.

@Elififa Soccer does not rely on strategy.It relies on skills and endurance.Yeah they use strategy, but still have games that are 0-0xD.ManU's manager didn't strategize Rooney's bicycle kick.Soccer is more happenstance.
