Look Quartz 2009 pedals, closer look at unwanted disengage during pedaling

I've bought 2009 Look Quartz pedals with stronger spring to see, if they hold the shoes better then previous model. Unfortunately the disengage during pedaling is similar to previous model. Shims below the cleats are set properly, no gap is left between the cleat and sole. I've decided to make a closer look what's going on.
During pedaling the heel is wobbling from side to side while some force acts outwards, that causes moving the cleat outwards and finally to disengage from the pedal. This happens me even with the latest version of Quartz pedals. I've never had such issues with Time or Shimano pedals. I think it's a big mistake of design.
