Mary Cummins files motion against Bat World Sanctuary, Amanda Lollar, Randy Turner attorney

It took me a week to write this 250+ page motion for summary judgment against Bat World Sanctuary and Amanda Lollar. Her attorney is Randy Turner of Bailey & Galyen in Texas. I reported them for animal cruelty, animal neglect, violations of the Animal Welfare Act, Health Code, Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations. In retaliation they sued me for defamation and breach of contract. Everything I have ever said about them is the absolute truth. Hopefully the Judge Bonnie Sudderth will decide this case based on this motion. Over 60 exhibits, tons of photos and videos. UPDATE: I called Kinkos and they said they had deposition binders and exhibit dividers. I got there and they had no binders and only colored dividers.
