@bestofopera1, pues ya tienes dvd,s, hay un montón con la Meier. El día que se retire, ¿ a quién voy a admirar?, por ahora no hay sustituta ( me refiero actuando ), por voz, Stemme, por ejemplo, de monstruo de actuación solo me viene a la cabeza Cecilia Bartoli, pero no canta Wagner

The second act of lohengrin is one of my favourites in all opera too! Tom Fox does really well in such a thankless role and what can u say that hasn't already said about Meier? Only Gobbi's Scarpia and Nilsson's Elektra scare me more

She is still the most beautiful woman singing opera today. The voice is stll in relatively good nick, given the disparate repertoire she sings.
