【菜名】:宜蘭赤肉羹
【材料】:瘦豬肉1斤、乾香菇8朵、筍絲4兩、香菜適量、地瓜粉1/2杯、蛋1個、蒜泥1/2小匙、太白粉4大匙、醬油4大匙、砂糖1大匙、五香粉1/4小匙
【做法】:
1、先把豬肉切片,再把蒜泥、五香粉、醬油、糖倒入醃漬入味後,加入地瓜粉以及太白粉攪拌均勻後,再加入一個蛋黃。
2、把筍絲和過油的香菇倒入高湯裡,再把剛拌好的豬肉片一片片放入高湯中。
3、接著再放入糖、少許的醬油以及雞粉調味再用少許地瓜粉調水芶個芡汁。
4、起鍋前在撒上胡椒粉、香菜就完成了宜蘭赤肉羹。
