OH this scene makes me cry because of Lexie, who's about to have serious melt down, it makes me cry because of Mark, who still loves Lexie, but can't really do something about it nor can he really comfort her and it makes me cry because of Alex, who's still in love with Izzie... OH Gosh... <3
