Suzuki GS500 Engine Sound

This video is to get gstwin users' opinion on my motorcycle engine's noise. I may be having camshaft problems. This is a 2005 Suzuki gs500f converted to gs500e with around 4600 miles.

What was the noise did you find out ?

Unfortunately no. Just two mechanics' guesses - possibly the bearing journals. I swapped the engine out for a used replacement that doesn't knock.

Put some saw dust in the oil and get shut .

replace camchain and adjust the valves

PROBLEM: Excessive oil in the crankcase.

SOLUTION: Clean pistons and cylinder head.
